Who Are They is a series that documents people in the creative field who create space for themselves to exhibit their talents, in an industry that doesn't normally celebrate their active participation. The question in the series title asks who these types people are so we can learn about them, invest in them, and work with them. Who Are They came to be after consistently seeing in-depth, serious articles or features about the creative process and craft usually reserved for a group of select people. There are many people doing unique work that is quickly glossed over or not taken as seriously as their peers work is. Who Are They is a spot to break through the noise, and purposely dig deeper into diverse creative talent.
This series provides a platform for those interested in learning about individuals who make serious work in various creative fields. The goal is that this will inspire and motivate others to to get out there and create in any medium, either solo or by collaboration. It is a place to portray creative process in a non-manicured, serious, and authentic way.
